Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner as well as the Respondent No.2 is present in the court today. Learned counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 says that the parties have settled the matter and the consent terms have been arrived at. They have signed the consent terms. Learned counsel submit that the terms of the consent terms are explained to the parties in Marathi language. The parties submit that the consent terms are as per the settlement arrived at and as per their instructions. Consent terms are duly signed by the Advocate for the Petitioner as well as the Advocate for Respondent

Mr. Kankal undertakes to fle the Vakalatnama within a period of two weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms arrived at between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2. So far as Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 are concerned, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition against them. Leave granted to withdraw the Petition against Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.
