Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Though other respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.

This application is preferred by plaintiff for directing the respondent defendant to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property. He submits that this court by order dated 10.3.2014 already granted status quo order.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as respondent no.1 failed to file any reply to the Civil Application, I am Mohite 1/2

9 caf642-14 satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) Pending hearing and final disposal of the appeal, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to maintain status quo as on date."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
