Perused the First Information Report and Email dated 27 th January, 2022 (page-77 of the application). Primafacie, it appears, the civil dispute has been translated in to FIR registered against the applicants, for the ofences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 & 471 of the Indian

Penal Code. Yet, the learned trial Court, declined interim pre-arrest protection to the applicant. Therefore, pending Criminal Bail Application No. 7434/2022, before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, the applicants shall not be arrested. Nevertheless, they shall co-operate in the investigation. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune shall decide Criminal Bail Application No. 7434/2022 on its own merits without being influenced by this order.
