This application is preferred by plaintiff for early hearing of Civil Revision Application No.957 of 2010. He submits that during the pendency of the present Civil Revision Application, proceeding before the Small Causes Court is already disposed of.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following Mohite 1/2

a) Hearing of Civil Revision Application No.957 of 2010 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place Civil Revision Application No.957 of 2010 for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn in the list of expedited matters.
