Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. Notices were issued to the respondents on 13th March, 2015. However, the defendants have not caused any appearance before this Court. On 26/9/2016 this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J) had passed an order that the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Miraj before whom the Appeal under section 74 of the Act is pending to decide the Appeal finally within a period of 8 weeks.
