Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Though respondents are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.

This application is preferred by legal heirs of sole applicant in Cross Objection (ST) No.1584 of 2006 for bringing them on record.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

27 cao2-15.doc a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (bb) which read thus:

"(b) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Petitioner to bring the legal heirs of late Shri Anant Keshav Paknikar as specified above on record and other averments in para 4 hereinabove in the original Cross Objection as the Respondents in the interest of Justice.

(bb) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay caused of 1 day."

b) Amendment be carried out within six weeks from today.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
