Heard Ms Bhansali, learned Counsel for the petitioners at length. 2.

Ms Bhansali invited my attention to the order dated 17.11.2017 passed by this Court. She submitted that in pursuance thereof, petitioners have already filed Revision Application before the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court and it is being heard. She, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.

On the motion made by Ms Bhansali, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the case.
