Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that, at the time of filing of present Petition there were three crimes registered against his client and in the interregnum seven more crimes have been registered against him. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition for transfer of investigation of said crimes to one single agency.

Leave and liberty granted, subject to and as may be permissible under the provisions law.
