It is the grievance of the Petitioner that statutory Appeal along with Stay Application which has been filed before the Respondent No.2-Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai is not considered for last about three months. 2.

Ms. Thadhani, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that Petitioner's business is closed in view of the impugned Order, which is challenged by filing Appeal.

After taking instructions, Mr. Sawant, learned AGP appearing for the State/Respondents states that the said statutory Appeal will be decided on or before 16th February 2024.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2-Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to dispose of the pending Appeal filed by the Petitioner on or before 16th February 2024.
