The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of order dated 21.11.2015 the applicant has attended the police station and co-operated with the process of investigation. She further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. However, she submitted that the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for for the purpose of investigation. In view of the above the interim relief granted by order dated 21.11.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the concerned police station the Investigating officer shall serve a notice under Section 160 of the Cr. P. C. to the applicant. 2) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
