By an Order dated 8.11.2017 the applicants were granted interim relief.

It is the allegation against the applicants that they are the close relative of Ms. Sayali Sarje. The first information report is lodged by Mr. Peer Mohd. Anwar Sayed alleging that he married with Ms. Sayali on 1.9.2017. That, as the said marriage was inter religion marriage the applicant being the father, mother and other relatives of Ms. Sayali were not in favour of the same and therefore, they abducted her and illegally detained her.

Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that, as a matter of fact the alleged victim namely Ms. Sayali

2 /2 21.aba-1937-17 has already joined the company of the first informant i.e. Mr. Peer Mohammed on 26.8.2017. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 8.11.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned police station is waived.
