The trial in the Suit has commenced. The Appeal is directed against an interim order dated 21st November 2014 declining interim relief. The appeal is infructuous.

The ad-interim order will continue till disposal of the Suit and, should the Suit decided against the Plaintiff, for a period of three weeks thereafter. The Suit will be decided on its own merits uninfluenced by the interim orders.
