It is not possible to grant the relief sought in the above Criminal Application as the charge-sheet has already been filed on 18/09/2016. We restrain ourselves from commenting upon the material in the charge-sheet lest it affects the Applicant's case. However, it would be open for the Applicant to avail of the statutory remedies that are available in law. The above Criminal Application is accordingly rejected.
