Learned APP upon instructions states that before filing of this petition respondents have restored name of the petitioner to remission register. We find that his name was deleted in the year 2002 because of his late return. He was required to be arrested and brought back after 1571 days.

The petitioner is in jail without remission for about 17 years. He has been categorized under 26 years category. 3.

Only prayer in the petition is to quash and set aside the said order dated 3/12/2002. Challenge to said order is after about 17 years. In this situation, the petition cannot be entertained. 4.
