In the present Application, this Court has not granted any interim relief.

The learned APP on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of the present Application, police have invoked the provisions of M.C.O.C. Act to the present crime and the Additional Commissioner of police (Crime) Pune city has granted prior approval under section 23 (1)(a) by its order dated 8.11.2017. The said prior approval dated 8.11.2017 is produced on record.

In view thereof, the present Application does not survive and is accordingly dismissed.
