P.C.:- Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, the Petitioner has filed a Review Application against the impugned Order herein. It is submitted that, the Petitioner has affirmed an Affidavit dated 9th March, 2022 stating that, in view of the Review Application preferred by the Petitioner before the Hon'ble Minister for Food and Civil Supply, Mantralaya, Mumbai, it is necessary on the part of the Petitioner to withdraw present Petition with liberty to pursue the said Review Application preferred by him. He tendered across the bar the said Affidavit dated 9th March, 2022 duly affirmed by the Petitioner. Same is taken on record.
