Heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Applicants, and Mr. Khandeparkar, learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that, he has no objection to condone the delay. Hence, for the reasons stated in the Civil Application and considering that the delay is only of 71 days, the Civil Application is allowed. The delay caused in preferring the Civil Revision Application is condoned.

Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.29121 of 2015 be placed for admission as per C.M.I.S. date.
