It is submitted that licences of the Petitioners were cancelled. The Petitioners filed the Writ Petitions bearing Writ Petition Nos.2235 of 2022 and 2236 of 2022. The Division Bench of this Court under order dated 04/04/2022 allowed the Writ Petitions and directed the order impugned therein to be treated as a show-cause notice and an opportunity was granted to the Petitioners to file reply. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that pursuant thereto, the reply has been filed, hearing also taken place before the authority on 22/09/2022, but orders are not yet passed. Mugdha

We have heard the learned Advocate for the RespondentCorporation. 4.

In view of the fact that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04/04/2022 in Writ Petition Nos.2235 of 2022 and 2236 of 2022 filed by the Petitioners, the authority has conducted the hearing. 5.

It is expected that the authority shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within one month from today. 6.
