By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the MECR No. 8 of 2018, registered with the Khar Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP, on the instructions of API Santosh Kanse, attached to Khar Police Station, submits that the police, after investigation, have filed a 'C' summary report before the appropriate Court.
