2] The appellant is aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Magistrate and the learned Sessions Court under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. I have gone through the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate. 3] The order in question is under challenge before the appellate court. The applicant prays for quashing of the

YBG apl1214-14 proceedings before the learned Magistrate. In my view the application of this nature can be entertained only after the decision of the appellate court in the appeal which is filed against the interim order.

4] This application is dismissed. The applicant is at liberty to file fresh application at an appropriate time.

5] Hearing of the appeal is expedited. The same be decided within a period of three months from today. ( M.L.TAHALIYANI, J.)
