Learned APP Mr.Palkar makes a statement at Bar, on behalf of the Investigating Officer Mr.Ashok M. Dalvi who is present in the Court, that the Chargesheet is almost ready and would be filed within short time. He also submits that custodial interrogation of applicants is not required. 3.

Learned Counsel Mr.Mohd.Abdi holding for Advocate Afreen Khan submits that the Counsel is not feeling well, therefore, seeks short date. Earlier also, on 18.03.2020, adjournment was sought on similar grounds. There is no medical Certificate tendered to show that the Counsel is not feeling well.
