Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondents. Learned AGP on instructions of Shri Pradeep Walunjkar states that the name of the petitioner will be incorporated in the C.L. III-3 Licence No.74 in terms of order dated 21st September, 1999, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4350 of 1999. We accept the said statement.
