Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petition is filed for seeking direction to the respondents to register offence on the basis of allegation made by the petitioner in his complaint made in the month of September 2014, a copy of which is annexed at page 77. Mrs.Deshmukh learned APP, in the absence of Officer concerned, is not able to make submission. In these circumstances we dispose of this petition by passing following N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

ORDER

(i) The petitioner is at liberty to approach in charge officer of the Vishramwadi Police Station, Pune with the copy of the said complaint within a period of two weeks from today. (ii) In the event petitioner approaches the said police station with his complaint, the in charge officer of the concerned Vishramwadi Police Station shall look into it, make preliminary enquiry, and take appropriate action and same shall be communicated to the petitioner within 7 days from the date on which petitioner approached the police station.
