Heard Mr. Pujari, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Perused the impugned order dated 15.09.2023 passed in Application filed below Exh. 25 for seeking amendment under Order VI, Rule 17 of the CPC seeking an addition of a subsequent purchaser under Order I, Rule 10 of the CPC.

After hearing Mr. Pujari and perusing the reasons returned by the learned Trial Court in paragraph No. 6 of the order, I expressed my mind to Mr. Pujari that the Court will not interfere with the order dated 15.09.2023. He has obtained instructions and would submit that no reasoned order be passed and he may be allowed to withdraw the Writ Petition unconditionally.
