This is an application for extending the liberty of furnishing cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 4th September, 2018.

Applicant was granted bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant was, however, permitted to furnish cash

rpa 2/2 503-appp-1284-18.doc security in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, in lieu of surety for a period of six weeks. It is submitted that the applicant had furnished the surety and verification is in process, which would take some time, and, therefore, it is prayed that the facility of cash security provided in the said order be extended by a further period of six weeks.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the provisions of cash security as provided in order dated 4th September, 2018, in lieu of security, is extended by a period of four weeks from today.

Criminal Application No.1284 of 2018, stands disposed of.
