In this situation, if the trial of his criminal case in which the petitioner is under trial prisoner is going on and the prisoner has not been produced before that court since last four weeks, we direct the respondents to produce him before that court without fail on the next date of hearing scheduled before that court. 3.

On that date, the prisoner can make suitable grievance before the said court.
