Parole sought by the prisoner on account of illness of his wife has been rejected by the Competent Authority. In appeal that order has been maintained.

Learned APP pointed out that illness of wife is not serious. 3.

The petitioner has not submitted any medical certificate in support of illness of wife. His communication dated 3/9/2019 sent to this Court states that his daughters were married earlier and on both occasions he was released and reported back on due date. His return on due date is not relevant as illness of wife has not been established. 4.

We therefore find that there is no error. The petition is rejected.
