Learned APP on instructions from PSI Bharat Rane, Kandivali Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the trial of Petitioner pertaining to Sessions Case No.246 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai has already commenced and the cross-examination of PW-1 is in progress. She submitted that, the prosecution will examine about 11 more witnesses in support of its case. 1/ 2

In view thereof, grievance of Petitioner as of today does not survive. Petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.
