This is an application for bringing L.Rs. of petitioner No.2 Baban Gulabrao Bandal, since deceased, on record. Petitioner No.2 died on 26.8.2016 and the application is filed on 15.11.2016, which is in time. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Order accordingly.
