We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is challenging the cancellation of works sanctioned at Jamkhed and Karjat Taluka, District Ahmednagar. Learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection of territorial jurisdiction.

Considering that the works affected are within the territorial jurisdiction of Ahmednagar District, the petitioner may avail the remedy before the Aurangabad Bench.
