Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking action against Respondent Nos.1 and 2 for the breach of order dated 20th June 2013 passed in Writ Petition No.10569 of 2012 along with Writ Petition No.3985 of 2011. By the said order, Respondent Nos.1 and 2 were directed to pay arrears of the salary upto 15th September 2012 to the Petitioner on or before 15th July 2013.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that arrears of the salary, as per the aforesaid order, is paid over to the Petitioner. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. He, however, states that for the subsequent period, Petitioner's salary is not being paid regularly. 4.

We find that the order dated 20th June 2013 passed by this Court is complied with and, therefore, no question of taking action under the Contempt of Courts Act against Respondent Nos.1 and 2 arises. 5.

The Petition is devoid of merits and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
