Petitioner who hails from Alibaug and presently in Nashik Central Jail seeks transfer to Taloja prison or Yerwada prison. 2.

Learned APP submits that application should have been moved with I. G. (Prison), Pune.

Accordingly, we direct Registrar of this Court to forward a copy of the petition to said Authority viz. I.G. (Prison), Pune. It appears that copy of letter has been already sent by the petitioner to that authority. 4.

However, by way of abundant precaution we issue this direction.

After receipt of copy I. G (Prison), Pune to take suitable decision in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks. 6.

We partly allow the petition and dispose it of. 7.
