ORDER :

On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose the present Writ Petition by directing respondent No.4 to take decision on the applications of the Petitioner Exhibit 'I' and Exhibit 'L' for appointment on the post of Ward Boy as per the selection letter dated 26/07/2011 and even by considering the disability test already conducted including report.
