This is an application for condonation of delay of 55 days in filing the present Appeal against the impugned Order dated 22nd May 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has filed a detailed reply and vehemently opposed the application. 3.

Perusal of the application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

In view thereof, delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
