The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. I407 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 370(1)(2)(3) of the Indian Penal Code along with Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act.

The applicant's claim is that he is named in the F.I.R. and there is no material to infer that he is involved in the crime in question.

Upon perusal of the investigation papers the victim girl namely Shirina Khatunbibi Abbas Ali has specifically named the present applicant as an accused, who has left her in the business of prostitution.

The same prima facie speaks about the involvement of the applicant in the crime in question. No case is made out. The application is rejected.
