Criminal Revision Application is moved for enhancement of maintenance by the applicant/wife. There is a delay of 58 filing in filing the Criminal Revision Application. Hence, this Application. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant/wife is poor. She is financially constraint and nobody is there to look after her. She is also ill. Hence, she could not make any financial arrangement in time to approach the High Court. 3.
