1] Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

2] This is an application preferred by the original claimant seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation. The amount is claimed on the ground that it is required for the purpose of medical expenses which were to the tune of Rs.2,79,000/-. The amount of compensation deposited in the Court is of Rs.18,72,735/-. 3] In view thereof, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount of compensation, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.
