Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that as the original diagnosis showed that both breasts reveal extremely dense parenchyma, it was suspected that the applicant was suffering from Cancer. Today, learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered the medical report, which shows that the applicant is suffering from Gastro. A copy of the said report is tendered. The same is taken on record.

Considering the said report, the prayer for enlarging the applicant on temporary bail, does not survive. 3.

Application is accordingly rejected.
