By this application, the applicant is praying for relaxation of condition passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 914 of 2019 order dated 17th June, 2019 by this Court (Coram. Revati Mohite Dere, J).

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant has been directed to attend the concerned police station on the first Monday of every month, between 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The applicant is student and it is very difficult for him to attend the police station on the first Monday of every month. The investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed. Hence, requested to relax the condition.

Learned APP submits that appropriate order be passed and direction be given to the applicant to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday till framing of charge. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of both counsel, the applicant is a student and he has to attend his college on Monday and yet charge has not been framed and it may take time to conclusion of the trial. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

i.

Application is allowed.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on the first Sunday of every month between 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. till framing of charge.

iii.

The application is disposed of.
