By order dated 18th February, 2015 passed in the above Petition, the Petitioner was granted leave to amend so as to incorporate the name of the officer who was responsible for compliance of the order of which contempt has been alleged. Thereafter the above petition had come up on 13th April, 2015 when further period of two weeks was granted to the Petitioner to carry out the amendment. However, in spite of the said order dated 18th February, 2015 and the further extension granted on 13th April, 2015, no amendment has been carried out. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he is bereft of any instructions from the Petitioner. In view of the fact that the said order dated 18th February, 2015 BGP.

CP-174-14.doc 27.04.2015 has not been complied with even though extension was granted, this Court is constrained to dismiss the above Petition for non-prosecution. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
