The contention of the Petitioner is that Respondent Nos.4 to 7 have filed Revision against the order dated 28th July 2022 (Page 117). The Petitioner has filed an Application for impleadment in the said Revision. However, Application of the Petitioner is not being considered and is also not being accepted.

The Petitioner may file an Application for impleadment. The Divisional Commissioner / Competent Authority, where the Revision filed by Respondent Nos.4 to 7 is pending, shall consider Basavraj 1/2

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
