The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner Mr. Kanetkar after arguing for sometime on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court states that the Petitioner would not press the above Petition but would be satisfied if time up to 31-12-2016 is granted to vacate the premises in question pursuant to the decree.

In view of the said statement, the above Petition is disposed of as having not pressed. The Petitioner is granted time up to 31-12-2016 to vacate the premises which are the subject matter of the decree on the usual undertaking being filed by the Petitioner and all adult members of the Petitioner's family in this Court within two weeks from date. The Petitioner would continue to pay compensation @ Rs.11,500/- per month as fixed by the Appellate Court during the pendency of the Appeal for the period ending 3112-2016. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
