Grievance raised in the petition was about delay in commencement of the trial.

Learned APP has tendered across the bar report submitted by the Jail Officer, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumai which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

It appears that not only trial has been commenced but the same has been concluded and the petitioner was convicted and on completion of sentence, he has been released from jail on 25.03.2021. In that view of the matter nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Hence writ petition stands disposed of.
