Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that against the communication dated 27th October, 2015 issued by Regional Director, National Council for Teacher Education (hereinafter referred to as NCTE for short), a statutory appeal has been preferred to NCTE. The appeal has been heard. Learned Counsel submits that NCTE has not communicated any decision.
