Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in Civil Application No.3454/2018 filed by them for recalling the earlier order.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 7(i), which reads thus:

51.3456.18-caf.odt "7(i) the Applicant may be permitted to amend the Civil Application (ST) No.19369/2016 as per the Schedule-I hereto annexed."

b) Amendment to be carried out on or before 20th July 2019.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant to serve an amended copy of Civil Application No.3454/2018 on other side on or before 26.07.2019 and file an Affidavit of service to that effect.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

e) Civil Application No.3454/2018 to come up on board for hearing on 23.08.2019.
