The only prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petitioner is for a direction to the respondent No.4 to accept the nomination form of the petitioner for contesting the Nagar Parishad Election scheduled on 27.11.2016. It is apparent on the reading of the prayer clause that the cause for filing the writ petition is rendered infructuous as the elections are concluded in the year 2016. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
