The applicant is served with notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. on 13/11/2022 and he was directed to report to the Police Officer.

Learned counsel Mr.Mundargi states that the applicant shall abide by the said notice and shall appear before the Investigating Officer within days from today. Upon his appearance, the Investigating Officer shall follow the mandate set out under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and shall record reasons in writing, in case, he comes to the conclusion that the arrest is necessary. Before effecting the arrest for the purpose of custodial interrogation, he shall serve 2 hours notice to the applicant.
