The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application. Leave, as prayed, is granted. Amendment be effected forthwith.

The applicant is seeking permission to travel Dubai from 30/11/2017 to 04/12/2017. In past, vide Order dated 7th September 2016 and 11th July 2017 passed, by this Court, the applicant was permitted to travel abroad. Copies of those Orders are annexed to the instant application.

Therefore, the Order :

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant/accused is permitted to travel to Dubai in between 30/11/2017 and 04/12/2017.

(ii) Before leaving India, the applicant should provide his true itinerary to the Directorate of Enforcement, Mumbai. (iv) He shall intimate the said Directorate his arrival after return from Dubai.
