By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing first appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 &2 opposed this application on the ground that the delay is not sufficiently explained.

I have perused the averments made in the civil application. Delay is explained in paragraphs 6 to 9 in the civil application. The reasons recorded in those paragraphs are accepted. 3.
