1] This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant by an Order dated 12th August 2003. 2] By the said Order, the applicant was granted bail and was directed to attend the Shivaji Park Police Station, Dadar, Mumbai once in a week. The said condition was subsequently modified by an Order dated 17.1.2005 by which the applicant was directed to attend the Shivaji Park Police Station, Dadar, Mumbai once in the first week of every English Calender month preberably on Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

3] The record reveals that the applicant is scrupulously following the said condition for last more than 10 years. The learned counsel for the applicant

Dond 2/2 appp.955-2016.sxw submitted that the charge in the present matter is not yet framed. 4] In view thereof, the condition imposed upon the applicant is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to Shivaji Park Police Station, Dadar, Mumbai once in three months i.e. once in first week of three months preferably on Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
